A maioria dos pacientes com COVID-19 em regime de “hospital em casa” não necessita de encaminhamento para internação hospitalar – Cerca de 1 em cada 5 desses casos são admitidos em 14 dias. Maior saturação de oxigênio está associada com redução das chances de transferência, assim como maior comorbidade está associada com risco aumentado.
